One of my favorites spots the Ramen is sssooo delish. It's in the food court the atmosphere reflects that bit it's cool. They are always friendly

Pretty high quality and quick. Noodles with the right chew, good toppings, traditional jammy soy egg. Broth is that good creamy tonkatsu with a strong umami. Chashu was cooked well to that good fall apart moment. wonderful friendly cashier helped me get the kind of drink and make sure I knew my order was up.

On Wednesday, 4/10, I asked DD for ramen for my birthday dinner. She brought me takeout from PNR 360 and I've just been slow in reviewing ;) It was outstanding! I have been driving much farther to get a specific ramen that isn't served everywhere, and this is my new go-to spot that's closer to home. Tan Tan Ramen is spicy and full of so many flavors, and this place got it right. Lots of the minced pork made it rich and hearty, and with the addition of "tea eggs" (soft-boiled eggs) for a small extra cost, it compared most favorably to the sit-down restaurant where I usually go. And it was FOUR MEALS of deliciousness for me! The only thing I wish is that they used whole baby bok choys because I do enjoy those. Such a small thing, not stopping me from getting it again. DD also bought gyoza and they were OK but I prefer a bit less frying to mine. I believe there was an error in packaging, because we didn't get the usual soy-based dipping sauce; it was a sort of aioli but I'm not sure what. Weird. Anyway, she said the place was very clean and her poke bowl was excellent. Once she figured out that ordering from the touch screen onsite was much better than trying GrubHub (doesn't have the full menu) she said it was easy and the order came out quickly. As noted, it's in the food court at the Arundel Mills Mall - which I avoid like the plague - but since GrubHub doesn't have the Tan Tan, I guess I'll be going about every other week!

Food was pretty good here. I normally get thr salmon poke onigiri which today was a little on the bland side but still very filling. My husband got a custom small poke rice bowl which he enjoyed. The food is good and not too badly priced!

Exceptionally good poké bowl, especially considering they are located in a mall food court. 2 bowls of ramen and 1 poke came out extremely quick. Ramen was tasty and a great value. Same thing with poke - great flavor and at $13.50 for the bowl I was very surprised considering in Chicago this would run you $18-19 easily. Thanks for a delicious, healthy dinner!

I think it is so wonderful that this place in the mall that offers ramen, rice bowls, poke and boba! I got a braised beef and tempura shrimp ramen and and poke salmon unigri. I absolutely loved the ramen; which had 2 tempura shrimp and large pieces of flavorful tender braised beef. They give you quite a large portion, so it was delicious and filling. My only wish is that they give bigger ramen spoons. The guy working at the front counter was very helpful and friendly too. I'll definitely go back next time I'm at the mall to get another bowl.

4.16.22 I liked the ramen here better than other local sit down restaurants. The charsu was tender and had just enough fat to make it moist. They were generous with the meat as other restaurants are skimpy with their meat. The miso base was flavorful. Unfortunately an egg was not included with my ramen. That's one of the reasons why I like eating ramen. The plastic spoons are small. It would be helpful if they had larger soup spoons. They offer apps, poke bowls, and flavored drinks. Helpful info: -There are two self-serve kiosks to place your orders. -Online ordering is available at www.pokeandramen360md.com. -Delivery is available through Ubereats, Grubhub, and Doordash. -They serve halal chicken. -Credit card has a $1 min. (Guess the cheapest item is the sauce which is $.50) -Boba teas are normally $5.50, but only $3.99 with the purchase of any entree. I would have purchased, but I was having an early dinner and didn't want to overdo it. I'm a fan and will definitely be back when I am at the mall and next time I will make sure the egg is included.

Overall: I came for a good bowl of ramen and had a good bowl of ramen so everything I will gripe about still made it worth it. Location- this is directly in the free standing part of the Anne Arundel Mall near Nandos. Parking - no one is going to be happy about parking unless you are coming here for other reasons. Expect to walk 5 to 10 minutes in the mall. Google Maps will either no lead you to the closest entrance or there isn't one which is why myself and my friend arrived from entrances in completely different directions. Ordering- Does NOT make sense, the line forms from the right to the center yet there are ordering kiosks to the far let with no indication you can order this way. We all realized it while waiting to the left for our orders. Food- I ordered it all, ramen (pork with tonkasu) onigiri (poke tuna) and tea with boba. Ramen was good, with mild spice, flavorful, and hit the spot. Not bad spoonfuls. Only 2 options for broth. Onigiri - not traditional which was a bummer since it was also a big draw. I was looking for the tuna style I had in Japan (basically tuna mayo). They use poke chucks and spicy ish mayo. Good but did not hit the spot. Boba tea - basic but decent and tasty. Value - 2 ramen, 2 drinks, and 1 origiri was $43. Not cheap but still not complaining. Overall when the desire hits if I am ALREADY in the mall I'll go again. But during Christmas shopping time and just for ramen, hells to the naw.
